Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WMIPro services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Services Provided
WMIPro provides website design, hosting management, email configuration and business automation as client Solutions, and operates its own standalone software products (including RepHub, JobNova, WriteGenius AI and WMIPro AI SEO Tools).
Payments & Billing
All services are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. Setup fees are charged once at onboarding and are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice to support@wmipro.com. Service remains active through the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All software, designs and content created by WMIPro remain the intellectual property of WMIPro until full payment is received.
Limitation of Liability
WMIPro's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months and excludes indirect damages or third-party service failures.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Braga, Portugal.
