Refund Policy
Clear and fair rules for refunds across all WMIPro services and products.

Service plans (monthly subscriptions)
Monthly plan fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Service remains active until the end of the current cycle.
One-off projects & setup fees
Setup fees and project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If WMIPro cancels a project before completion, a prorated refund of unused fees will be issued.
SaaS product subscriptions
You may cancel any SaaS subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase may receive a refund minus any fees already consumed.
EU consumer rights
Where required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU or Portuguese consumer protection law, we will issue refunds accordingly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under EU law, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Requesting a refund
Email support@wmipro.com with your account email and reason. We respond within 48 hours.
