Rules and conditions for using WMIPro services and products.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using WMIPro services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Services provided
WMIPro provides digital services including website design, hosting management, email configuration, business automation and software products (JobNova, WriteGenius AI, AI SEO Tools).
Payments & billing
All services are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. Invoices are issued electronically. Setup fees are charged once at onboarding and are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice sent to support@wmipro.com. Service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
Intellectual property
All software, designs and content created by WMIPro remain the intellectual property of WMIPro until full payment is received. Upon payment, deliverables are transferred to the client.
Limitation of liability
WMIPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss caused by third-party services, or downtime beyond our direct control. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Braga, Portugal.
